Let me look because in spite of what you're trying to imply, I don't think I ever did a "last 3" metric on penatlies.
...
In response to my Nov 1st thread: "Fisher = penalties = losing records." you posted:
"Rams penalties last 3 games according to teamrankings.com 17th.
I assume they mean the last 3 games
played" mentioning that they had a bye.
You then went on to list the "top 10 teams in penalties THE LAST 3 GAMES."
I pointed out your propensity to cherry pick, and I am refuting that cherry picking in this thread.
Look it up.

Fact is, whether you like it or not, the 1st 2 games saw a much higher rate of penalties. To the point where those 2 games alone change the season average by themselves. If they got even marginally better afterward, that's worth noting. If they are on a downward trend after an upward trend, you have to note that too.
I forgot about the Nov. 1 post so thanks for mentioning it.
You still however have no real response to the fact that the 1st 2 games were more heavily penalized than what followed. That's real...calling it "cherry picking" is both an inaccurate use of that term (you can't cherry pick if you cover everything) and not really a response to that.
The question NOW is if they are backsliding. Because the difference between the 1st 2 games and what followed is narrowing again.
