...if there is a hidden extension, this 'organization' is doomed for several years. Not much of a reason to watch.

Many fan bases are figuring out they have 'organizations' just like this.......and the interest is waning. In reality, there always only about 5-6 teams that have a chance at a championship. If your team isn't one, there are lots of other ways to entertain yourself.
