Who's the last college coach to have great success in NFL?

Not saying it can't be done, but college is a totally different game. Wait till this guy has to manage a salary cap and not have pancake breakfasts with players and their parents and offer them cash under the table and a very good shot at getting drafted.

Any-who, I digress - don't tell me Jim Harbaugh - he played pro ball for over a decade so he knew what it takes to win with the big boys.
