then Goff has to start over in a new offensive system and starts over from scratch. So SK and Demoff simply MUST get the next coach & GM tandem right. That's added pressure to an already boiling over cauldron.
That's my biggest fear..... Change right now might be the worst thing possible for a player like Goff.
This might be exactly why Fisher might get at least one more year from Stan....and maybe why Fisher is making sure the Goff is ready before he puts him out there. Goff playing well might be the only thing that would keep Fisher around for at least another year. I also think Fisher had more faith then maybe he should have that Goff would be ready sooner.
