The fact that Keenum is the 32nd ranked QB in the NFL speaks volumes to me. Fisher is throwing away yet another season by doggedly believing that he can win with Keenum despite evidence to the contrary.
Some can't believe the volume of Fisher bashing posts. After 5 straight years of losing football, I am more surprised, nay shocked, that there are still those out there that attempt to defend him despite overwhelming evidence that he is not the answer @ HC. Maybe if he could compile a winning season and make the playoffs the bashing would lessen.
Come to think of it: I am surprised @ the amount of Fisher bashing on this board. He shouldn't still be coaching this team, so bashing him as the HC shouldn't even be an option.
I want Fisher to succeed. The problem is: What I want or hope for are moot. It's what happens on the field that matters and Fisher deserves to be called to task after compiling a losing record for 5 years in a row.
In short, pointing out that a coach is failing is not bashing, it's just the sad truth.
