He has had three penalties declined this year to date, and 3 all of last year.
He has 6 penalties this year for a total of 45 yards, 3 of which are holding. And at least one of those calls was complete horsesheet and everyone knows that. The ineligible downfield that he got called for is an acceptable penalty IMO because both he and Saffold were heading out to block because it looked like Keenum was going to run.
The Rams have 9 holding penalties, 18 teams have more.
I'm not a big fan of the penalties the Rams seem to pile up, they are 4th in the league right now, but sometimes the discussion gets a bit over the top.
