It was in the Injury Report section of an Oct 24 article in the OC Register. Apparently Fisher mentioned it on his radio show.
Injury report
Offensive guard Jamon Brown broke his hand in practice last week and is scheduled to have surgery on Tuesday, Fisher said on ESPNLA 710. The second-year lineman, who has split starts this season with fellow 2015 draftee Cody Wichmann, is still expected to be ready for the Rams’ home game against the Panthers on Nov. 6 (1:05 p.m., FOX).
“We’ve got to get some guys back, which we will,” Fisher said during his Monday news conference. “We have a chance to be extremely healthy if you compare the roster after this bye week to the start of the regular season, so that’s encouraging.”
Brown wasn’t the only Ram absent this past Sunday. The team was also without cornerback Trumaine Johnson (ankle) and defensive tackle Michael Brockers (thigh), who have both missed multiple games this month. Defensive ends William Hayes and Robert Quinn played through their respective ankle and shoulder injuries against the Giants, but were limited to 32 and 11 snaps on defense.
