Don't read this as a defense of Tavon "Specifically".... although he's included.
We have under-performance occurring everywhere save for Hekker and Z, (possibly a couple others). My point being... I'm not at all convinced all these guys can't/won't, step up their game considerably with some fundamental changes... including, I think, a new coach.
I'm not a big fan of Keenum, as you know, but I think even he could be better with better coaching - coaching that would better fit his specific talents - same for them all.
I'm well aware that several here would argue that "these guys just aren't that good"... but I have a hard time buying that, granting that in a few cases it's probably true. High draft picks in abundance... yet all somewhat to a lot playing 'less' than expected. To me I think 'coaching' the logical conclusion... or rather, the 'main' explanation.
