Released by the Bears ahead of Week 1, Gould is Chicago's all-time leading scorer and one of the most accurate kickers in NFL history, despite kicking half of his games in the Windy City. He replaces wife-beater Josh Brown, who the Giants left in the States on Thursday as they travel to London to face the Rams. Gould should be the Giants' kicker for the remainder of the season, though the Giants continue to drag their feet in refusing to cut Brown.
