If he thinks the Rams offensive identity is a smash mouth running team then he is delusional (and I truly believe he is delusional and trapped in the 90's). It is clear that the ONLY way this team moves the ball is through the air. Why?
1) The oline isn't moving people off the ball.
2) Gurley is playing like a gurl.
3) The NFL rules make the passing game far more advantageous than the running game. Even the cut block prohibition has taken yet another bite out of the ability to run the ball.
