Look, 3-3 is disappointing after being 3-1.
Enough positive? There's PLENTY of positive?! After game 2 some people were having fun extrapolating 4.5 ppg over 16 games, presumably to underline how miserable the Rams O was. But guess what? They've looked MUCH better since, positively middle-of-the-road, which is a HUGE improvement - and I don't think anyone expects Gurley to fare WORSE than he's done!
Our kicking game is pro-bowl quality.
The D has obviously disappointed. But I'd be more troubled and have less hope if they were whole - our ONE pro bowl-quality corner and ONE pro bowl-quality DE are out - and several other guys are playing banged up. But all those guys will come back a bit healthier than they are now and the D will improve.
Disappointing? YES! But you have to have blinders on to see no reason for hope here.
