Admire your stance man, but honestly in my humble opinion, I think you're taking this whole thing a little wrong, or even personally.
I think that what people are saying, and it is my view as well, is that Fisher is what he is. He is a mediocre coach, proven by over 20 years of mediocre results. That is an undeniable fact. Yes, there are no guarantees that a new coach would be any better and that is an unknown, but what we DO know with over 20 years of empirical evidence, is that we're never going to get where we want to go with Fisher as our head coach. We're in a 7-9. 8-8 purgatory as long as he is leading the team.
We're all Rams fans, as proven by our presence on this board. I root hard for them every week. I root hard for Fisher to somehow become a head coach we can all be proud of and feel fortunate that we have him. But that's just not going to happen. I don't want us to lose just to be able to say "I told you so." I want us to win, win, and win some more. I don't care who our head coach is if we're winning.
Hang in there man, and keep rooting for our Rams!
