that "Goff is 'ready' and Fisher has said so" is the hypothesis/theory that people who are lobbying for him to start now. They state Goff's readiness as exhibit A for making the switch now. I am not a 'start now' guy, just worried by how "unready" he appeared in the pre-season. Not a hater I want him to shine but putting him out there too quickly might do more harm than good.
