If he didn't have the nads to go for it in the red zone just moments before, when a failure sets up Buffalo to be inside their own 10 yard line which would give the Rams defense a good chance to make a stop, then why go for it on 4th down inside your own 25 where your defense has less of a chance to make a play?
Indefensible calls, IMO.
