That's a relief.

I thought there was such a thing as a bad call.

Turns out the only reason calls are bad is that they don't work.

Obviously I've been far too hard on Fisher.

Why not just throw darts at the playbook? If it works it was a good call, if it doesn't it was a bad call. Perfect example of the flaw of outcome-based reasoning.
