Rams have the 32 offense in the NFL 2 straight seasons and here is what they have drafted
1) #1 pick in the draft with Goff (for 2 first rounds, 2 second rounders, and some more change)
2) #2 pick in the draft at tackle Greg Robinson
3) #10 pick in the draft at RB Todd Gurley (Although most believe he would be a top 3 pick had he not had the injury)
4) #8 pick in the draft at WR Tavon Austin (Traded up using No. 16, No. 46, No. 78 and No. 222)
5) #30 pick in first round in the draft at WR Kenny Britt
6) #33 pick early 2nd round in the draft at WR Brian Quick
7) #57 pick in 2nd round in the draft at RT Rob Havenstein
That there is a ton of high draft picks with very little production and a ton of underachieving. Really? You don't think a little bit sarcasm can be justified when you have all those assets of high pick players playing and we get this production?
There is a little helplessness feeling when you load up on top picks and players underachieve that no matter who comes in to play it will be more of the same.
