Rams and dumb penalties

The Rams are 4th in the NFL in penalties. They'll always be top 6 under Fisher. They just will. But it's the dumb ones, the really dumb ones, that bother me. And they have to stop.

The Rams have 36 penalties in 4 games. At least 8 in every game. But 9 of the 36, for a whopping 131 yards (40% of their penalty yards) are of the extra dumb variety. Roughing passer, unnecessary roughness, taunting, 'disqualification', etc. It has to stop. It doesn't intimidate teams. It just gives them extra chances to win. Enough. Knock it the &#%^ off.
