He has a fragile competitive confidence. All the moons, stars, weather, etc....needs to be in alignment for him to succeed. If one of these things is off.....his game breaks down. So when the going is good.....he plays great. However.....if a few things go wrong......he whithers. Perhaps he is feeding of the fact that this entire team seems to have "good" things happening to them t his year. Maybe....just maybe....a guy like Quick needs this one tremendous ride to have his game break through.....than perhaps at some point he might look around and realize it's his talent that is carrying him....and it's not things outside of his control that carry him. Time will tell if he returns back to the Quick of old. Or.....if he is breaking through to a new normal for Quick.
