It's not as if Keenum has been playing lights out ahead of him, either. If he were, that would be different.
I believe that it's a coaching deficiency, myself.
Either in the QB selection or in QB development. Or both...
I'm fine with waiting.
As for other rookie qbs? I am watching one do badly as we speak.

When Goff is ready he will play and I expect good things. Doesn't bother me that others are playing. You can be bothered by that if you want.
