I'm shocked that anyone is shocked over the Cards being heavy favorites.
They are far more proficient offensively than the Rams.
They got their rear ends kicked last week and will come out loaded for bear.
They're at home.

The Rams offense still looks like the sisters of mercy. C'mon.
Why would anyone put money on the Rams if it wasn't at great odds?
