Apparently, Cleveland is getting ready to release him. He's just 25. Yeah, he has some issues, and is going into rehab. But he has tremendous talent, is a true #1, with size and speed, and he's young enough for a reclamation.
Guessing he doesn't play this year at all, but I think the Rams should jump at the chance to sign him, work with him through his rehab, and see if a change of scenery does the trick. Get him ready for 2017.
He should be physically healthy and, hopefully, mentally as well.
Worth a shot. And if it works out, it's like having a 1st rounder next year.
