AT&T is horrible!
The only reason I keep them as my Cell provider is I am grandfathered in with the Unlimited data plan for my iPhone. I finally got rid of them this spring for internet because their DSL was horrible as I got about 6mbps downstream and 1mbps upstream for $40.00 a month. When I finally got cable internet in my area I jumped on it! I am now enjoying 120 mbps downstream and 6 mbps upstream for the same amount I was paying AT&T. What really makes me hate that company, is they offered me 10 mbps downstream and 2 mbps upstream for the bargain price of $35.00 like it was some sort of a deal! I told the guy, "Are you on drugs? Why in the world would I give up 12 times the speed to save $5.00?!!" Then I just hung up. I have been a Directv customer for 20 years and I have had nothing but great customer service with them. I have a bad feeling AT&T is gonna f$%k that up too.
Anyway, that's my vent session for now!
