He is a punt returner and makes questionable decisions... Cunningham is the kick returner and should have been in that role. I saw TA talking to Cunningham, who I believe was also on the field, so I don't know if there was some miscommunication or a play they had called that got botched.
Either way, stupid to have him out there in that situation. IMO
