Even if they improve the execution on the basic play set they still need to change some formations/ personnel groups. Run the 4 wide's , 2 backs, wildcat, option sweep with Cooper when healthy or something different each game.
Shuffling the same short deck will make the defenders job easy.
They need to borrow/ create new plays weekly and toss some into the archives.
How about a flea flicker mixed with some of those basic runs? .
Could go for big yardage!

I agree with you. You know, in the past I would always say its about execution regardless of what play is called. It still is, but things have changed. There are fewer and shorter practices now. In todays practice, you can't just run a toss sweep over and over again and inbed that into the muscle memory of the O lineman. Also, defenses have become so exotic that you need to implement a lot more formations and plays. The players need to be smarter and think much quicker to execute them. This tells me that the current crop of Rams players aren't dedicated and don't work on getting better on their off time. It also tells me we have too many knuckleheads that we need to get rid of. B Quick comes to mind.
