Even if they improve the execution on the basic play set they still need to change some formations/ personnel groups. Run the 4 wide's , 2 backs, wildcat, option sweep with Cooper when healthy or something different each game.
Shuffling the same short deck will make the defenders job easy.
They need to borrow/ create new plays weekly and toss some into the archives.
How about a flea flicker mixed with some of those basic runs? .
Could go for big yardage!
How about the other plays they
have run that take advantage of play action and other ways in which the defense thinking run opens up a downfield pass of 21 yards or more? So far this season they've run 6 of those.
