For example, Vin Scully teamed up with George Allen to do the great Rams-Cowboys playoff game in 1979. It was Roger Staubach's final game, and the Rams won 21-19 on a long TD pass from Vince Ferragamo to Billy Waddy late in the fourth quarter. That game sent the Rams to Tampa for the NFC Championship and then on to SB 14.
