I'm pretty sure this ruling will be appealed and eventually overturned...
Although I feel their pain and frustration, trust me, this seems to be a money grab by lawyers.
It seems the language in the PSL's contract stipulated that those rights were only for the EJD.
The RSA and CVC broke their agreement in the terrible lease they signed 22 years ago, perhaps they should sue them.
Here is a paragraph from an article in Forbes magazine back in January
"As a resident of St. Louis since 1999, I have seen progress within the city. But as a sports economist, I understand where the Rams are coming from both financially and legally.
Many today are citing the greed and disloyalty of Stan Kroenke as the culprit behind why St. Louis may be on the cusp of losing their second (and potentially last) NFL franchise.
But the real culprit is the lease created and signed by local authorities over 20 years ago, because its language and requirements are why Kroenke enjoys the financial and legal leverage with the St. Louis region he has."
