They don't hang onto guys year after year just because of where they were picked hoping they develop. If someone doesn't fit the system they cut bait and move on. They make heroes out of other team's castoffs - Welker, Edelman, Amendola - maybe Hogan at some point. Meanwhile we're still dragging the Quick ball and chain around.
