Nothing this side of demonic possession is going to make Fisher change even the most trivial aspect of his coaching strategy.
Now before you think I'm being 'over the top negative' about him - what Fisher can do, has done, is win big games, his way. Lot of people are labeling that as apathetic mediocrity... could be... but he has won big games, he got to a SB, I don't think the thought that his strategy and game plan is a 'cause' even crosses his mind. And frankly, this IS better than the Linehan/Spag's years.
Fisher won't change... which does NOT equate to switching QB's... he'll change personnel, that aspect is not foreign to his philosophy. - JamesJM
