Standing still, surrounded by well-wishers, I think Keenum's arm is not noticeably much different than other QB's. But in game situations where some innovation is required, (almost every play of every game), it is. Noticeable, that is. And not in a good way.

Switch Quarterbacks -- put Gabbert on the Rams, and Keenum on the 49ers -- would the game score gonna be different now?
edit -- I meant to type 'gabbert' but i think i will just leave it 'gabbers'.
