I'm just not sure that winning is necessarily at the top of his priority list just yet. There are certain things that have been accepted over the last several seasons that lead me to believe that there are things more important than winning that Kroenke wants to accomplish before he turns his attention to winning. Most notably has been the move to L.A., which was four years in the making. Winning on a level that would have filled that dome in St. Louis would have made that move unlikely to garner league support. I think mediocrity and even something a bit less than mediocrity is going to be tolerated for the time being. Not much longer, but for the time being.
