I would have bet a considerable amount on the Rams to make the playoffs that year... But I had no idea that the defense would play so bad the first half of the season and then the second half of the season the Rams literally played without an OL... or at least I can't remember... they might have had one guy middling around on the field in front of the QB and called that the OL.
I gave up that year... So its definitely a wait and see. I like Keenum OK and I think the OL will be at least serviceable, so the POTENTIAL is there on offense I think to convert a 3rd down. The defense? Not a fan 'Superfluous G' Williams but there is so much talent on the defense that it shouldn't matter... 10 times the talent that Spags had.
The team should be very good but I am not expecting much... I posted earlier that I am a fan of a team I don't really like... but that's mostly due to a personal dislike of Fisher. And I'm not really a fan of the "keep it close and try to win in the final minute" philosophy. I wouldn't be shocked to see 10 wins but I'm expecting 6 or 7 and a goofy season like the last 3 or 4...
