At least, that's my fear. Rams came READY TO PLAY in the season opener last year, and it really stands out in my memory. Respectable performances in the first 4 games seem far too few and far between.
The betting action reflects that, too. In a game that by any apples-to-apples comparison, should have the Rams winning walking away, yet LA is currently only a 1 to 2.5 point favorite. Not really surprising and also how I feel: no one truuuuuly knows what to expect.
Also, the Rams have been notorious for losing games they're odds-favored to win, so there's that, too.
