Some coaches and teams find ways to win and work around challenges of experience and dept and others need everything to fall right as they move undaunted by the past or present obstacles even when chances of success on a given course are also diminished. It's a Stoneage approach that is hard to ignore. It is Fisher's way. I think some how Fisher has to find a way for team to win on his present course. I think the odds are not great but it seems it is his time to shine or fail miserably. He has set it up this way and some how it had better work or he will basically be terminating himself. This is a team with fewer chips to leverage for future drafts and a ever decreasing margin for error. If we succeed a lot of things Fisher seems to expect will have gone right imo. So much so I might as well just watch and let it play out. Nothing can scream louder for his ousting than failure and nothing can cement his tenure and beg for an extension than success. His record to date has highlighted that he must have success soon or be cast on the dump heap of guys that just couldn't. As a fan I hope he can. As a long time doubter who sees the reality of Kronkes having to make this call I just shrug and say well something has to happen pretty soon.
