The way I see it, you're getting lost in the sauce.
This is really about winning. And my view is that you have always had a blind spot in that area. For some reason, and its perfectly fine, winning doesn't ever appear to be high on your priority list and that skews your viewpoints. This team has been losing for a long time and I expect that to continue because of Fisher. This is a tough business, and like many businesses, you either win or you get out. I think if Fisher doesn't win he should get out. And I don't believe it's that easy for you. That's one big difference between us. You seem to be ok with retaining Fisher if he has another losing season if you can somehow find a reason to keep him, injuries or whatever. To me, at some point "showing progress" is not enough. At some point, for me, its all about the record. I say, you gotta win or else. And that's just me. And that's whats's behind my viewpoints and why they are often different from yours.
