Most of what you are seeing isn't "real". These guys are being asked to do things, and while there isn't an actual script much of this is done through suggestion so don't worry about the guys not working hard. I'm sure the editing also makes it seem different than reality......
That's why I don't like this show, and why I wish the Rams weren't on it.
