2 weeks before the bullets fly for real, what QB is out there with "upside", unless he is so low on the development ladder that there is nothing but upside left? And if he is out there, he's on another team and will cost something to get him.
It's a pipe dream that a team is going to rummage around at this point an unearth a potential starting QB, younger with upside.
They simply MUST go forward counting on Bridgewater (unless doctors have told them otherwise). And if there are doubts about his future, they won't be able to do much about it until the next off season.
