That speech on the National Anthem was not given as a result of Kaepernick's refusal to stand for the National Anthem, by the way. It was actually given before the Rams-Cowboys pre-season game and the video came from episode 2 of Hard Knocks, about 34 1/2 minutes into the show. The verbiage at that link makes it sound like it was a newly discovered video or something.

Of course, his act of disrespect sent the social media world into a frenzy and Kaepernick received heated backlash.
Then, a wonderful video emerged over the weekend, of LA Rams head coach, Jeff Fisher, showing his players what he expects during the National Anthem. (it emerged over the weekend? it was there 2 weeks ago on Hard Knocks, is all I'm sayin')
Major respect."
Fisher works a lot with the Wounded Warriors, an organization that has been near and dear to his heart for years. Hence, his speech is totally understandable.
