Please let me first admit that I have never thought of you as "a perfect NFL Head Coach." This Ram fan of nearly half a century has been at odds with some of your Draft Picks, Trades, and other moves since your arrival in January 2012.
Well.....that's football....and football philosophy.
BUT, regarding your recent address of the Los Angeles Rams Football Team, I wish to comment on your LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY....
Sir, following your brief, but solemn & compelling address about RESPECT for certain things, to the young men (some of them VERY young) that make up our team, I will say this:
Kudos to you Jeff Fisher for moving quickly, decisively & proactively to head off a potential TEAM problem this Thursday night!
Without alot of dramatics or politics, you delivered a short and effective message to your charges that I am sure they will all remember!
I know that I will remember your speech very positively!
Congratulations for being a strong leader of young men, and for keeping your team together and focused!
Finally Mr. Fisher.....this Canadian military veteran would like to buy you a beer, at your earliest convenience.
