Look, I'm not knocking the guy just because he was a terrible nfl QB, my bigger issue is you invest the whole franchise future in a QB and then hand him over to a guy with no track record in the nfl of developing QB's. His work last year with Foles speaks volumes. Fisher wanted the best for his defensive coordinator and so he waiting until he got his guy in Williams. When it comes to offense he seems to be content just handing the keys to guys with no track record. It's not like we've had ANY offensive success in 4 years. I know this is pure armchair speculation, but seeing his freak out about the room fans on Hard Knocks ('just for the offensive players?') I get the sense that he has no taste / feel / love for offensive football.
