That's a fair apportionment of blame.
I think the best thing we can say is that since is Fisher is so conservative (he didn't even start Donald in his first game), he won't put Goff on the field to look confused, get beat up and develop bad habits. Cause right now there isn't a more confused QB in the NFL. And most of that goes on Fisher and his staff. This is so blatantly obvious, that I think once the Rams show that they are having another losing season we will see the media jump on it.
My hope is that it turns out to be a red shirt year for Goff and Fisher gets fired and we get a HC who knows how to develop a young QB next year.
