It should at least be considered, IMHO. We, and by 'we' I mean everyone - media, coaches, fans - create really narrow niches these days in which we compartmentalize players... and do so close to permanently. Once niche'd forevermore.
That's reasonable, to a point. Height and Weight DO matter, as does speed, and every other physical attribute... but it's not the 'final say', IMHO.
It's like saying a 5' kid can't make free throws because he's not tall enough and saying so even though he swishes every one.
