Quick played better vs the Broncos and caught everything thrown to him and he by all his problems he still provides and outside thread and height that the other guys we have simply do not have. Plus he is a very good blocker.
I would put him on the roster if only by default.
Britt, Tavon, Cooper, Quick, Spruce IMHO should be 5 players to make the squad looking at the competition at this moment.
Thomas and Williams to the PS if that.

When you say he "caught everything thrown to him", it's kinda misleading, dodger.
While literally a true statement, it lacks context. He caught all three passes for a total of 15 yards. What kind of an outside deep threat is THAT? He's caught 6 passes in 3 games while benefiting from Fisher leaving him in far more than any other WR this preseason. He caught 10 passes in '15. Let that sink in for a moment...
How can we NOT upgrade over Quick? Throwing darts at a board should yield better results, one would think. Hell yeah, Snead should be poring over all the WR roster cuts right up to opening day.
We simply CANNOT allow Quick to set the bar for even our 6th WR. I would take McRoberts over Quick in a heartbeat, for example. Or Austin Hill.
