You make the move to draft a QB with the #1 pick in the draft. Basically going to go all-in on this choice. What I would have hoped is/was that you would also get the best OC and the best QB coach you could find that's available.
I'm not convinced that's the current coaching situation for the Rams. Which is a shame. You should get the very best around to coach someone you put a heck of a lot of resources into already.
Just hope that his growth won't be a bit stunted by not having great offensive minded coaching behind him.
