The only throwbacks they have worn are the uni's they wore in 99 when they won the SB.
If they have already applied for the blue and white then they did it two years ago unless the NFL granted an exception and I'm not sure about the accuracy of the article either.
It's ESPN, so you know there is reason to doubt.
