His arm is not what you want in your QB. Can he throw a consistent deep out? Does he have a long accurate arm? No he is not that guy.

He is not what you ideally want as your starter. His ceiling is a lower middle tier QB and that is probably stretching it.

He gets the ball out quickly and is moderately accurate on the short and mid range passes.

He is ideally a high end backup but can be a low end starter. Those are good guys to have on your team.

He is great to help us get by until Goff is ready and if the offensive line plays well and Gurley is eating up the yards we should be able to win with him.

It's exactly what happened in the Chiefs game and what is trying to be explained. This play against the 49ers was a perfect call, caught them off guard and should have been a TD. But Britt has to stand there and wait for the ball instead of catching it in stride and cruising into the end zone.
