Trying not to get too down on the situation, so early in, but the stumble fumble against the chiefs was a 'NAF" - if you've seen hard knocks you'll know what that means. If you're deploying a run-heavy system and want to stretch the field with play action, wouldn't a run threat / big arm, big body qb be a little closer to what you want? I'm not saying Wentz will be better than Goff, but Goff needs to be in the right system to succeed as all QB's do. Is he a mismatch for Fisher?
