I agree that Cooper and Spruce are on the 53 barring anything crazy.
I think one other rookie WR may make it between Thomas and Duke. And I think they keep Thomas if he starts catching the ball in the games. The problem I see with Duke is that he is so raw as a route runner, but I think the Rams can cut him and get him on the PS. Anyone who picks him up has to put him on their 53 man roster and I don't see a team doing that for a guy they won't use who wasn't drafted. Also, if Thomas does show improvement during the games some team is gonna pick him up. He's not the character risk that Duke is.
I think Duke gets picked up on waivers if cut.
Pretty ironic situation. Rams very arguably have the worst receiving core in the league going into the offseason. Acquire no one in free agency and have no picks to spend on a receiver until round 3... and it's quite possible that MORE than one young WR they cut will make it onto another team's PS.
