I could be wrong about the 'culture' on this team... I don't attend the practices, meetings, stand on the sidelines.
But *if* I'm right... and it does seem so to me, (we differ)... even within the framework of the injuries, etc., I don't think it's the type of 'culture' that promotes a winning attitude.
Moving a bit beyond that... in all these discussions you don't seem to see a consistent pattern with these teams under Fisher - a pattern so prevalent, IMHO, and others, that all the reasons you usually give for their play, W/L records, AND EVEN THOUGH I AGREE WITH THEM, (for the most part), can't really explain it, or rather - ALL of it. You seem to see the injuries as explaining it all... I see the injuries as significant but not an explanation for all. You are more "I have all the reasons I need" and I'm more "no, something else is going on and even though I'm not sure what 'that' IS - - it's real... and worthy of discussion.
Now as you know I'm NOT of the belief that the Ram's can't win under Fisher. Or that the 'game has passed him by'. I also think that if somehow we can break away from the injury jinx we compete - but I do not think Fisher is in the top tier of coaches in todays game. - JamesJM
