Why do they need to be yelled at (which i think is totally worthless in pro football) to perform? Why can't they come out on fire from the get-go? The Cowboys didn't need any hollering to come out of the tunnel and lay it on us. It seems to be a theme repeated year in and year out. 'It's just preseason.' 'It's just one game.' 'It's a long season and there's always next week to get better'. And on and on it goes and when the dust clears we're 7-9 and 6-10 and all those problems, that we were told are fixable (penalty flags), hang on and nothing changes.
We need culture change alright -and it starts with a new head coach.
